There are two main types of fat!.
One is between the skin and muscle!.
Another is called visceral fat and it is in your stomach area, in and around your internal organs!. This is what could could cause a "pot belly" even if you can't pinch much fat under your skin!.
Contrary to popular belief, there is no way to target fat burn in a specific area!. You must reduce overall body fat with diet and exercise!. Sit-ups will build muscle!. Muscle + fat = bigger stomach area!. Focus on reducing overall body fat, especially visceral body fat!. This is hard, I know!.
Tips:
-Avoid high fatty foods
-Eat protein, it will help activate fat burning enzymes!.
-Early morning workouts

Before you get muscular abs, you look like that!. So just work out your abs like anyone normally would!. All you are basically doing is making your stomach more firm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't expect that you can eat junk food and have a flat stomach!.
watch your sodium levels too!. too much sodium causes water retention which makes your stomach stick out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups and leg lifts!. (like laying down and lifting your legs a little off the ground and holding them!. this works muscles that sit ups cannot!.) plus you can get one of those workout balls and do those exercises!. They are surprisingly easy!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Crunchies!. Like a sit up but don't go up all the way!. It also helps if you lift your legs up!.

Scissor Kicks!. Lay flat- lift your feet off the ground about 3 inches and then lift one higher, go back down, and alternate!.
Idk!. Lay flat, lift your feet about 3 inches off the ground and then lift them so they are straight up!. Slowly go back down to the 3 inch spot!. Don't touch the ground with your feet
