Eating help?!


Question: Eating help!?
Okay, I'm only 12, I'm 5'8" and I'd say I'm around 120 lbs!. I'm NOT anerexic or bulemic!. I'm really worried about my eating habits, I eat cereal for breakfast, a good lunch & when I come home from school, that's when I eat!.!. A LOT!. I'm not saying I'm fat or anything, because I mostly just eat apples or bananas, & poptarts when I get home!. I don't know why, but I'm ALWAYS hungry & it's really bothering me!. I work out with my sister, she's on the track team, so I'm in really good shape!. I've told my mother & she said that it's because I'm a growing girl, but I beg to differ!. I don't have a tape worm or anything like that, but maybe my digestive track is really fast!? Any suggestions is to what I should do, or really be concearned about!?

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day!. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food!. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times!. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough!. No snacks or drinks in between except water!.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day!.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time!.

This regime cud be continued even after achieving the target to maintain a healthy body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to spread out ur meals to about 6 small meals a day
if u feel like ur contantly hungry then eat some protein bars instead of snacks like pop tarts
poptarts have no nutritional value whatso ever
protein preserves, builds, and repairs muscle fibers
its also very filling
get a variety of protein bars and shakes in many different flavors so u wont get tired of em
it may also be that ur not eating enough
ur only 12 so ur metabolism is probly pretty fast

i eat alot, i do cardio for 30 minutes a day and strength train 3 times a week and never gain anything, i am always hungry, i went to dr for full checkup and tests and my dr said my metabolism is very fast due too the cardio and muscle mass i have gained from the strength training!. i logged my food intake a few times and i eat well over 3000 calories a day and i am 5'2 130 puonds, very lean in size 2/4 pants size!. your metabolism is kicked into high gear from the exercise! its a very good thing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to not eat the poptarts!. i guess the fruit should be good though!. 1 banana should be enough for the day, too!.

I'm 12 too, however I'm REALLY short and I'm fat too, im 4'10 and weigh 85-90lbs!.=(Www@Answer-Health@Com
