How to increase the flexibility of your back?!
Question: How to increase the flexibility of your back!?
I want to be able to be flexible enough to bend back without any backaches :<
But everytime I start to exercise in attempt to increase it, it feels like my back is going to snap D; (even if I'm bending back a little) And it feels like I'm doing things wrong!.!.!.

its called the iron bridge stance :)
The exercise is a static one that looks easy!. Basically, the practitioner holds a position where the feet and hands are on the ground, the back is arched while facing the sky!. Hence the look of a bridge!. This allows the abdomen to be stretched and strengthen the legs back and shoulders!. Even tho it is a simple stance, it is stressful, partictularly on the wrists!.
i read that the asians used snake oil to do many things including streching my teacher told me to use it ones maybe it helps u :)
