How do I gain muscle weight?!


Question: How do I gain muscle weight!?
I've been working out for about a few weeks now and just started the other day taking 100% Whey Protein shakes!. I have a very quick metabolism and eat more than the average person!. I'm 17, 5'11", and weigh 148 pounds!.

What good foods are they're to eat that can get weight on!? I know I need more calories than I burn and protein!. And any tips!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you are on your way to adding muscle weight!. Good food idea oatmeal, eggs, believe it or not but a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is a good calorie and protein source!. A friend of mine adds oatmeal to his protein shakes!. It is alot to take down but one cup of oatmeal adds lots of calories!.

Yeah, building your body up with lean muscle takes time and alot of work!. The fact that you are already looking for results suggest to me you will never build yourself up because you want a quik fix and donot want to work for it!. Go to the gym and stop trying to become huge in a week!. It will take at least 2 months before you will notice a difference in anything - even you popularity rating!. So keep up the shakes, take creatine, talk to your nutritionist, and keep going every day!. Its not a fast process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and muscle building should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.
