Using supplements?!


Question: Using supplements!?
i was wondering what the best strategy is for using supplements!. Currently I have NaNO Vapor by MuscleTech that I obviously use for pre workouts but now I just bought Cell Mass (creatine by BSN) and Syntha-6(a synthesized protein by BSN) I was wondering if I should take the creatine after my workout or my protein after my workout to get the best results!. I am planning on taking NaNO for pre and then either Cell Mass after workout and or Syntha before bed and when i wake upWww@Answer-Health@Com

cell mass is a post workout supplement!. the only time you want to take that is immediately after your workout (if you workout that day, else just take it in the morning on an empty stomach)!. should say the directions right on the container!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
