What can motivate me????!
Question: What can motivate me!?!?!?!?
i recently bought an elliptical thinking i was getting a lot more $ back from taxes!.!.!. thats another story!.!.!. i'm not getting that money so this is something that i am paying from my pay check!. but!.!. even knowing that i will only use it once maybe twice a week (very rare 2x) how can i get motivated!!? i need to lose about 20 pounds!. that would be ideal for me!. do you know any good eating tips!. its now or never for me!.!.!. i need your suggestions!.

In the end, only you can motivate you!. What I mean is that it might take some experimentation!. A few methods I've used in the past:
--Set a realistic goal!. Don't weigh yourself every single day--pick days every week or so to track your progress!. Aim for 1-2 lbs a week!.
--Buy a swimsuit/pants!. Buy something you've had your eye on but can barely squeeze into at the present moment!. Heck, you don't have to even buy anything just dig up some old jeans and make it your goal to fit in them again!.
--Try to reward yourself for going to the gym or eating right--it could be anything from getting nails done to a night out with friends (or maybe a slice of pizza)!. You'll find yourself looking forward to the end result so the work you put in will be worth it!.
--Print a picture!. Take some before shots just to keep handy to know what you're working to lose!. The after shots make it worth it!.
--Tell a friend!. Peer pressure works for you in this case because when you spread the word about your plans, you'll feel more inclined to follow through!. Maybe a friend will even join you for a run!.

just try to watch tv or do regular things while on the eliptical and if you want you could go buy some weight loss product or kre-alkalyn!. This goes into your muscles before working out and causes them to work at their maximum potential!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when i lost weight, i set short, specific, reachable goals!. your first one might be to use it for a half an hour!. your second goal might be use it 3 times in a week!. your third might be to run/walk 2 miles on it etc!. !. !. It also helps to have a long term goal!. It also helps if you have a partner to compete with or to work out with!. get a friend who could also lose some weight, sign up together for something such as the breast cancer walk or something else, and then work towards it!. talk on the phone to each other only while you both are exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat extra veggies,raw veggies ,cut down on your portions,and buy a bikkinni thats too small put it on that will motivate you or get a 360 mirror and look at yourself in spandex!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
