I would suggest getting your whole lower body into shape (running, walking, hiking, biking, rollerblading) and doing lots of GLUTE exercises!!!

I used to have a super-flat butt and hired a trainer!. I do 3 sets of each: walking lunges, squats (as low as you can go to the floor), and step-ups (18-inch box)!. I now actually have a butt! If it gets easy do a lot more and add weights!. You can hold hand weights or wear a weight vest with the lunges and squats!. When doing the step-ups hold a curl bar (with pad) on your shoulders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
