Question: Prevent a binge!?
I eat healthy throughout the day but sometimes late at night it feels like I lose control, and I eat WAY too much!.
How do I prevent this from happening!? What are some foods that I can munch on that won't make me gain weight but keep me satisfied before I sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem, it's because you don't eat enough during the day so you get really hungry at night, which is the WORST time to eat!. I've been trying to eat more in the morning and early afternoon so I'm not so hungry at night!. Here are some more tips!. Drink lots of water, it will help keep you feeling full!. Before bedtime you can drink a small glass of milk or eat a little lowfat cottage cheese!. If you are on a low carb diet like I am, you start craving carbs at night and you have to avoid eating them before bedtime!. So try to eat some good carbs during the day!.
