What is the right amount of calories to burn per day in order to get results!? Also what is the daily calorie limit which would not cause gain in weight or would not be stored as fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
In order to MAINTAIN your ideal weight, you must eat your weight X15!. So if you get down to your ideal weight of , for example, 120, you would have to eat 120X15=1800 calories per day, assuming you're doing a normal amount of exercise!. There are 3500 calories in a pound!.
Those are the facts, so I guess it's time to get out the calculator! Normally, when you're trying to lose, you should eat 1000-1200 calories a day!. Walking is a great exercise for your whole body!. 20-30 minutes of a brisk walk (without stopping) is great every day!. I do the treadmill!. Swimming is great, walking, jogging, or even the stationary bike!. Of course, no fast food, fried food, sugar, or soda pop!.
Bless you and Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

1500 calories per day and depending on how big you are will determine what you should do!. go to mypyramid!.gov and set up an account!. works greatWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on your current weight, age, activity level, and gender!. 3500 calories burns off 1lb!. Do not eat under 1200 calories no matter what weight you are, eat 5 fruits or veggies per day, eat whole grains, and limit fried/sugary foods and alcohol!. Exercise and gain muscle to burn more calories throughout the day even when you're not exercising (you should eat more in that case so you don't plateau and your body won't cling to its fat)!.

You've heard it all before but that's what will work to keep you from binging and gaining it all back!. Eat what you like (with some healthy modifications) and focus on enjoying it so you don't quit and get frustrated!. Weight watchers is a great program no matter if you have to lose 10 or 100lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
