Question: Easy ways to tone both outer and inner thighs!?
Answers:
As a physical therapist, I find that laying on your side is the easiest way to work both inner and outer thighs!. For example, lay on your left side!. Therefore your right leg is on top!. Lift it up and down for say 20 times, rest and do 20 more!. While you're still in the same position, you can work your left inner thigh muscles!. Move your right leg out of the way and just lift your left leg off the floor now!. Then switch and lay on your right side so that you can work your left outer thigh muscles and right inner thigh muscles!. Add weights as this gets easier for you to do!.

I've found the simpler you make exercises, such as not having to change positions so often, the more likely people are to do them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yo yo, best way i noticed for toning for me is a proper diet, a lot of sit ups and planks!. Cardio is always good, but again main one is nutrition, stay away from junk hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

That in and out thigh machine will make your muscles thick and bulky!. If you are wanting them thinner and toned, you need to do slow, stretching exercises!.!.!. pilates maybe!? I lay on my side and do leg lifts, and I also lay on my back with a yoga ball between my feet and slowly lift my legs up!. you'll just have to find what makes your muscles feel streeeetched, and then hold that!.
