Question: Spinach good bad vitamins!?

What vitamins are in Spinach and how good is it for you!. I eat about a hand full every day raw is that good or bad!. !? it taste good to me for some reason, developed taste i guess!.!. :) anywhoooo any insight !? sill question I know lol
