I need some nutritional infomation...?!

Question:

I need some nutritional infomation...?

In order to lose weight, ALONG WITH EXERCISE, how many grams of fat, carbs, sodium, (not worried about calories) can you have per day?

I jog 2 miles every other day, then do crunches/ cross crunches, then on other days I do exercises with weights. I just recently added walking 3 miles everyday during my lunch hour. I've been exercising for about 3 weeks now.

My diet includes high amounts of veggies, fruit and protein yet I'm not quiet sure about how many grams of sodium, carbs, fat I'm allowed to have in order for me to not gain any weight.

I dont really need to know about calories and how many meals per day I should eat. 3 months ago I dropped 10lbs in one month by eating healthy and not exercising. I add exercise to my diet and its just taking me a little longer to even drop a pound by eating healthy

I'm not worried about calories because it's something I already know about. I do crunches to build muscle in my stomache, not to try and make it flat.

I wanted to KNOW how many grams of fat, carbs, and sodium is a good amount to consume in order for to not really gain any weight. I WAS INGNORING ANYTHING. As for sodium, uhhh duhh I know that I'm not supposed to consume anything that is high in sodium nor do i add salt to my food. I wanted an answer more like 500g is too much or 100g is perfect.

See, your worrying about the stuff that doesnt matter so much, and your completely ignoring what REALLY DOES MATTER. Fats and stuff matter, but just open your eyes and dont have anything that looks like it has a lot of fat or lists a lot of fat on the label.

Calories matter more than anything, and thats why your not losing weight.... Keep fats low, try to only have complex carbs, dont consume too much sodium (dont add salt and dont have frozen foods) , and watch your calories then maybe youll get somewhere. Each gram of fat has 9 calories, so if you stick to a calorie restriction, you wont be having too many grams of fat.

You wont benefit from crunches if you think its going to make your stomach flatter, all it will do is build the muscle under, it wont make it flatter if thats what your thinking.
