Excersizes to target the chest?!
Question: Excersizes to target the chest!?
I am 5'10", 195 lbs!. I have been trying to lose some weight just for the sake of it and I am having a hard time trying to lose some fat in my chest!.
Right now, I prefer to do power lifting on free weights and some cardio when i go to the gym!. I don't want to stop my power lifting, so are there some excersizes that can help shrink the size of my chest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey bro,
Do some flat bench presses and flat flyes with dumbbells should do the trick!. 5 sets of bp and 5 sets of flyes!. Don't forget to workout yur shoulder muscles too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
