Question:

Any good advice? Hurrrrrrrrrrry?

How do I know if I did lose weight? Should I go on scale, but if I did see that I gain more pounds, I would worry about it for a week, its not good at all. Recently, my black pants for church fit me really snug, then last week I put that pants on, really loose. Does that mean Im losing weight?

Previous weight: 162 lbs
Current weight: 157 lbs
Age: 15
Height: 5 ' 4
Goal: 130-145 lbs, maybe below, limit is 120 pounds, no more below that, I want to be healthy, and slim at same time

Answers:

Try the scale at the same time of day (usually morning) about once a week. If it really bothers you, don't weigh your self. Just check by how well your pants fit. It's usually 10 pounds about 1-2 sizes.
