Weight loss shake?!


Question: Weight loss shake!?
I am currently 5,3 at 126 lbs I really want to be about 119!. I am thin but I hate the way I look in some areas!. I have lost about 10lbs in the past month!. I have been kinda stressed and there really is no time to eat so I only have dinner if I am home!.!.!. If not I get a little something out!. I get used to the feeling of it but I get bad head aces!.!.!. Is their a shake or healty on the go low fat/cal thing I can have to keep with me!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat smaller meals 6 times a day rather than regular amounts 3 times a day!. Doing so will increase your metabolism which will help you burn fat faster!. However keep in mind that if you are working out (which you should be to lose weight) you may gain weight instead of lose weight because muscle weighs more than the equal amount of fat it replaces!. You will on the other hand be shaping your body so your appearance may leave you looking thinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
