Would i loose weight if...?!


Question: Would i loose weight if!.!.!.!?
would i lose weight if starting on june 1st i woke up at early and rode my bike for an hour and then later that day i walked for 20 minutes!.!.!.would i lose 20 or 30 pounds by mid-August!? and what else would i have to do along with this to loose that weight by augustWww@Answer-Health@Com

20 or 30 pounds is alot of weight! while everybody is different, its hard to say how much you would loose!. but exercise every single day, and stick with this routine!. (go up and down lots of hills on that bike! push it!) i'm fairly certain you might be able to to loose at least 20 pounds in 2 to 3 months!. the 20 minute walk will not benefit you too much, unless its a power walk, and you are working up a good sweat the entire time!. but that bike ride will! make it a fast paced hour! the harder the better! rip it up!

the only ways you could really sabotage yourself, is with what you eat, or dont eat!. what you put into your body is equally important, and goes hand in hand with exercise!.

while healthy foods in all four of the basic food groups are important to include in your diet, what many people struggle with today is serving size, and portion control!.

the perfect exercise routine, in combination with fantastic and healthy foods, are no match if you are over portioning yourself!. when you eat too much, you might as well be undoing all (or some) exercise you did that day!.

a regular meal should consist of 3 to 4 servings, and 2 to 3 servings if you are trying hard to loose excess weight!. a serving size is about a handful!. if you were having salad and chicken breast for dinner this evening, a healthy amount, for someone trying to loose weight would be, 2 handfuls of lettuce, for a salad of 2 servings, and one handful of chopped chicken, for 1 serving of chicken breast!. this would be an ideal example of a 3 serving dinner!.
2 servings for breakfast, and 3 servings for lunch, and 3 servings for dinner is ideal!. when you eat less than 1 serving for breakfast, 2 servings for lunch, and 2 servings for dinner, you are also setting your body up for failure!. starving your body of key nutrients can lead to anemia, all sorts of unhealthy deficiencies, and you can also weaken your immune system, making it easier to get sicker, faster, and harder to get well again!. so its a fine line, but you can do it!
another tip: keep tabs on the fatty foods you're eating! that ideal salad and chicken breast dinner can also be undone with excess fat, or high calorie salad dressing!. the next time you are at the store, take a look at how much fat a regular bottle of ranch dressing has per serving!. YIKES!! and the serving size is usually only a tablespoon or so!
yet most americans today need gobs and gobs of salad dressing in order for their salad to be satisfactory!.
do you sprinkle cheese on your salad!? or add a slice of cheese to your sandwiches!? this is yet another corner you can cut to keep your fat and calorie intake down!.
the little things, like reading the nutrition facts on the side of the product you are about to consume, can save you alot of frustration in the long run!. eat smart! and if you are determined enough, you can make it work!
a little pick me up snack is never a horrible thing, as long as its maybe only once or twice a day!. maybe one-half serving, to 1 serving of fruits or vegetables can be the perfect answer for those tummy grumbling moments!.
and remember, its OK to live a little! its actually OK to live outside your diet once a week! (some ice cream, or a slice of cake is actually acceptable!) it gives your metabolism a boost, and reminds your body to keep burning it off!
its easy today to shop smart, with all the "100 calorie" goodies and snacks!.
just remember moderation! a little bit goes a long way!. too much of anything, can always turn out bad!.

all the new and exciting things you are trying out might turn out to be a little hard on your body!. its always recommended that, while losing weight, you take a multi-vitamin, just to replenish and give back to your body what your diet might not have gave back, that exercise might have taken away!. "One-A-Day Weight Smart", or anything comparable is always a huge plus!. a diet and exercise routine without a multi-vitamin can be a little bumpy!. without a multi-vitamin its still achievable, but in the end, its alot easier to get those potholes filled in, so the ride is nice and comfortable!. a multi-vitamin just fills in all those potholes, making the transition into that Brand New You that much smoother!. the extra vitamins and minerals in that multi-vitamin will help your body to replenish its nutrients, and you will have more energy to do what you need to do every day!.

i don't think you'd lose THAT much, but you would definitely lose some!. if you really wanted to lose 20/30 lbs within two months, you'd have to eat really healthy and exercise a lot more!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
