i need some exercises that can help burn fat specifically around the belly and that area on your back above the butt that has two little fat clumps on each side of the spine. please only answer if you know what your talking about! links would be helpful as well.

Listen, forget about burning fat from only one area. The body doesnt work that way. It doesnt happen that way naturally. You burn fat from everywhere. Doing situps like most people think will not make your stomach flatter. Theres no such thing as "spot reduction."
Do cardio, diet, and lift weights and youll lose from everywhere. Some places more than others because the body stores fat in some places more than others.
