New meal plans?!


Question: New meal plans!?
i have been really busy lately working and going to school full time!. i have to commute everyday about an hour away one way, and sometimes i go twice a day!. this means im rarely home to eat and often too lazy to pack a lunch!. i usually stay at my boyfriends in the next city but we go out to eat too much!.

what kind of yummy low fat and low calorie foods can i get that wont cost me a fortune and will keep me full!. i also have a gym membership and when i catch a break, i try to go!. i dont need advice about exercise, just meal plans!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Grilled chicken and veggies!. You can go out to eat and get this anywhere!. Do salads with grilled chicken and lowfat cheese with a side of light dressing!. Fruit is very good!. Turkey, you can buy a turkey breast and cook it, and have it with sandwhiches on whole wheat/grain bread with lettuce tomatoes and 1TB of fat free mayo!. It really depends on what you like!. You can never go wrong with fruits and veggies though!. This site has alot of good things and they have a section of heatlhy recipes to go by what you need, check it out and see if you can find things you like!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

When I purchased this it actually got me off the couch and got me to work out, because I did NOT want my money going to waste!. I hope you will have the same results that I did!.
