Water fasting..good or evil?!

Water fasting..good or evil?

I plan on going on a 5 or 6 day water fast and am wondering if there is anyone on here who has done it? what was it like and did you lose any weight and was it a significant amoutn of weight and what is the best amount of time to go on a water fast..im thinkin 5 or 6 days but people have told me 10 is a magic number..HELP! i start tomorrow


Answers:

Not good! No vitamins or nutrients your body needs to function properly. If you wanna go on a diet (which is not good either), I suggest dieting on salads...garden salads are far more healthier, less or no fat at all and more satisfying! Don't forget 10 mins exercise a day consisting of cardio and abdominal workouts, plenty of water. Do this for two weeks, no miss and you'd lose weight.
