Answers:
80% of the diet should be fruit and vedgies, your skin would love that!.

A good zinc supplement with vitamin C, will also really benift you and will build up your immune system!. It will also help with bad acne and scarring!.

Also by the time we reach the age of 14, 70% of people have lost the enzymes to break down lactose in dairy products (milk, etc), yogurt and cheese are ok as the bacteria break down most of the lactose!. Most people around this age can experience breakouts, so mayb you can eliminate that for a month and see how you go!.

One last thing keep away from processed sugar foods and drink 2 L of water a day!.

Hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I was eating just a little square of chocolate every day and the occasional cake, that's all the junk food I had!. For the past 2 months I had big blind pimples on my neck and chin area!. I cut the chocolate and my skin is almost completely clear with no pimples 6 weeks later!. I didn't imagine that small amount could do that!. It must be true what they say!. My husband is allergic to chocolate and breaks out if he eats it almost instantly!. As delicious as it is, try eliminating it from your diet and see what happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Add more fruits and veggies to your diet!. It will improve your your skin condition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the refined flour in the biscuits and noodles could be making you constipate!. anyways, topical applications are not enough!. go to a dermtalogists for some anti-biotics!. if those dont work the doc might give u accutane or contracptive pills!.
this works for me- every night i wash my face and liberally dust a prickly heat powder on my face!. it kills bacteria and absorbs excess oil!.

u could be milk intolerant!. try avoiding it and c!. sugar is another culprit!.

but do go to a dermatologists!. newer and better medicatons keep coming into the market that work on the most persistant acne!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid fried foods and nuts as well as oily foods!. These tend to cause pimples!.
After exercising, take a shower so the bacteria from all the sweat doesnt get into your pores!.!.!.!.
Make sure your face is clean before you sleep :)

Hope that helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
