Is it normal to forget to eat?!


Question: Is it normal to forget to eat!?
I can go almost a week without eating without realizing it!. I know I need to eat more!. I eat plenty when I do eat!. I'm 15 in September and only 95 pounds!. I'm healthy my hair and skin is good and nails normal!. I am active and all!. I don't drink but about 1 glass of water a day!. Why do I forget to eat or drink!. I'm not too busy, just blank out and forget!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes for a meal or two, but not for a week!. It is not healthy!. I'm not one to talk considering for awhile I was just eating once a day!. But I realized that a good diet is necessary, and I feel a lot better when I eat better!.

Not eating will mess up our blood sugar and cause stomach troubles!.!.!.trust me

What I'd suggest is having a set time everyday that you make yourself eat a meal even if its a small one, and eat two to three meals like that!. I'd make sure that you drink at least 1 glass of water with each meal, and several more throughout the day!. You'd be amazed how good water can make you feel after even a week of drinking plenty of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot go a week without eating and not realize it!. Maybe you go a week without eating 3 meals a day, but you certainly cannot go a week without realizing it!.

If you do it unwittingly, then you need some help!. That is very abnormal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you're not hungry, but you should try to eat at least a little each day or take a multivitamin,!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think you can go a whole week and not realize it!. I have gone most of a day without remembering to eat before, but a week is not normal!. I do have to remind mmyself to drink though, i can go a whole day without drinking anything, sometimes i am just not thirstyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem when I was a teenager!. I don't really know when I started to remember to eat, but I still don't eat properly!. You're far from ABNORMAL, but you do need to do something about this problem before it gets out of hand!. Are you stressed out about anything!? Do you have a busy lifestyle!? Maybe you should see a Dietitian or Specialist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
