Its true! Your metabolism will be soo slow if you don't eat breakfast and as well as that, because you are not getting enough calories (only 300 calories in a turkey sandwich) your body will go into starvation mode (where your body stores ALL fat you eat and instead of loosing fat, you lose muscle!.)

No one can tell you how many calories you will lose by half an hour of exercise because we don't know how much you weigh, how old you are and what type of exercise you do but you can work it out for yourself at caloriesperhour!.com!.

Good luck! and please eat more than 300 calories!. I used to have an eating disorder and its really not nice but you are on your way to one or could already have one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's like less than a thousand calories if that close!.!.!. which isn't that good at allWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you skip breakfast, it won't matter how many cals you are putting in your body for the rest of teh day - your metabolism will be sluggish and you'll store all the fat and cals from the food you eat later as your body will think that it's hit a famine!.

If you really don't have time to eat a proper breakfast, get a banana which gods pre-packaged food gift to the busy person!.

Breakfast- 0
Lunch-350 calories
Dinner- 50
That would be about 400 calories!.!.
