Answers:
when you do a vigorous workout, it's generally safer to slow down your heart rate by, say, walking maybe a quarter of a mile (you can just do this on a slow speed on a treadmill)!. also, yes, it does effect weight loss!. when you do a vigorous workout, your body is obviously burning lots of calories!. however, the calories continue to burn for an hour to an hour and a half after the workout is finished!. if you go to bed within 20 or 30 minutes of working out, you don't get as many benefits as you would during the day because going to sleep DRAMATICALLY reduces your heart rate and slows everything down to a state of hibernation - thus causing the calorie burning process to come to a disappointing, screeching halt!.

the best time to work out if you want maximum burn is, in fact, in the morning, before you eat!. to fuel yourself, make sure you have lots of water - but working out before you eat is great because the only available fuel to burn is the fat and calories that has already accumulated in your body - the stuff you're trying to get rid of (whereas if you workout after eating, the most available source of fuel will be the food you just ate, so that you'll essentially be back where you started)!. you should then wait about 20 minutes (the first few minutes of which you should spend cooling down, as i said, with a good-length moderately paced walk until your heart rate slows down) so that you can continue to burn those calories!. THEN you can eat your breakfast, and while you're eating you'll be burning it off as well!

hope this was of some help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should gradually slow down your heart rate
thats too short of a timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Not necessarilyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think it will effect weight loss much, but what it will do is influence the quality of sleep you get!. Going to bed with a racing heart, blood pumpimg and body fired up is not a great idea!. You need to slow it down so that you send your body the message that "now its bed time"!. If you don't, your mind and body aren't in :bed ready" mode and the kind of sleep you get won't be of the top quality required for optimal weight loss!.
Try not going to bed right away, but sitting quietly and meditating after your shower, just breathing slowly, bringing your body into a clamer state!. Breathe deeply, and focus on slowing the heart rate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
