Question: Should i stay away from beacon and cheese!?
I am trying to loose weight but i love becon and cheder cheese!.I also love food that are high in cards such as bread,pasta and rice!.I eat bacon almost everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure the cheddar cheese is at least low fat!. Have you thought about trying cottage or ricotta cheese instead!? They are much lower in fat!. Bacon is also quite high in fat and so you should probably limit the amount of it you eat if you're trying to lose weight!. Eat it only once or twice a week in not too large quantities!. Bread, pasta and rice are great but make sure you choose wholegrain varieties as these are more nutritious and generally have a lower GI - meaning you'll stay fuller for longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are on a low carb diet, stay with the bacon and cheese!. If you are on a low fat diet, stay away from the bacon and cheese!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shoul really try stay away from it!.
Pasta and rice is average, not ideal, but okay at breakfast or lunch, but not at dinner, as you cant burn off the carbs!
Its fine to have one egg and a small piece of fatless bacon on wholemeal or wholegrain toast every morning!.
See how you go!.
Some people find they are okay with all the carbs, and need to cut out sugar or have less dairy even!.
But i will add, most, have a problem with carbs!.

i think you should lose the bacon!. you can substitude that with other stuff!.

but the cheese!? well maybe not chedar!. but definitely have some sort of cheese!. your bones will thank you for the calcium!.

Well, cut down certainly but never deprive yourself of the things you love!. The key to long lasting weight loss is 'everything in moderation' as if you do cut everything you like out than there is more chance of you giving in through a moment of weakness and really binging on stuff!. Then feel bad afterwards!. If you use the foods you enjoy as a treat every now and then, then you wont feel deprived of anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there really aren't bad foods just bad portion control!. watch how much you eat!. especially bacon and cheese!. they're high in saturated fats which clog your arteries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ummmm!.!.!.bacon's a "no-brainer!." It's mostly fat, super high in sodium and nitrates, and should be avoided, at all costs!. Cheddar cheese, in moderation (2 to 4 oz!.a day) is all that bad!. Yes!.!.!.it IS high in fat, but also loaded with calcium and protein and low carb!.

Try to cut back majorly on your bacon intake!. Eat one or two slices every few days!. Cheese, that's a tough one to say no to, but if you're trying to lose weight, try to eat as little as possible to take care of your cheese craving!. Or, spend a bit more and get a low fat cheese!. Eat smaller amount of bread, pasta and rice!. They're all good for you ( try whole wheat bread!? ), but too much, just as anything, is going to hurt you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some say you can eat everything in moderation!. Personally my body tends to bloat and gain weight when I eat carbs, so I eat a small amount of processed carbs!.

If you want to eat everything, I suggest you eat low fat cheese and turkey bacon (which is a little healthier)!. Also add broccoli or some sort of vegetable to the mix to add more fiber!. Eat high fiber breads-- stay away from white breads and try to eat whole wheat pasta and wild rice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well bacon isnt that good for u, do u like turkey bacon, i think that is a better choice!. cheddar cheese is ok if in moderation

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.
