I dont think you can do that also if u can that is so dangerous and u could really damage ur mental health and physical!.
take it slow, eat little and every 3 - 4 hours, exercise but not 2 much as this will make u put weight on as u will be building ur muscle up and muscle is heavy!.Drink water!. I can actually burn more than that!. It depends on your metabolism rate!. So you will have to change your diet ot raise your metabolism as well to get the most out of your workout!.

Just daily from being on my feet about 2,000

Vigerous sex at night with hubby- another 1,000
