this probably gets asked alot, but im too lazy to look for the questions with my specifics. so here goes. im looking for a brand of weight loss pills that, decrease appetite and increase metabolism, so the weight loss is significant. please dont give me "work out and diet instead" plus i need to be able to find them in like a vons or someplace like that ...

im not obese. im not lazy. i eat healthy. but for some reason the weight likes to sat y on, im a constant 140.....even though i run, do yogo/pilates, and go biking.....
