Should i be sore after crunches/working out?!


Question: Should i be sore after crunches/working out!?
ok so i worked out and i feel a very little bit sore like i can feel it when i move very lightly!. do u have to be sore to know that im going to get muscle!? aslo i did like 50 crunches and i was sore for about 11/2 minutes after and then it went away so i did 100 but didnt feel a thing after ward!. is it working even tho i dont feel sore!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
