I'm not really fat but sometimes I feel really heavy for some reason explain ple!

Question:

I'm not really fat but sometimes I feel really heavy for some reason explain please?

I'm 5'9 weigh 190 pounds, I workout a lot, I do 50/50 Cardio, and Strength Training. However, I feel heavier over the years. I used to weigh 148 pounds, No muscle, very light footed and quick. Now, sometimes I feel heavy and sluggish. I thought when you have muscle it's supposed to make your body move faster. More power, more speed. I think I might be a exception, because I don't feel any lighter and quicker than I used to. I still have the same heart rate as I did 10 years ago. Cardio is exceptional, it just feels (my body) heavier. What's the deal with this?

Answers:

Muscle mass has weight. We all slow down as we get older, even ones in incredible shape, like you.
