Question:

Help.... it may be life or death?

ok, so, i weigh 185, and im 5'5" tall, if i eat around 1400 calories a day, and my metabolic rate per day is around 1600, and i aim to lose 2 pounds a week, how much exercise should i do? what do i do, and for how long? btw, im 13, i dont have access to exercise equipt, besides stairs, and a couple jumpropes and my dads leg weights.

iluvcats07, thats amazing! i lost 10 pounds because i started drinking water. cool. were almost the same.


Answers:

i feel ur pain...almost exactly.
i just lost 10 lbs, but i had access 2 a swimming pool....
i think u could excercise about an hour (do not overwork yourself) every other day or half hour every day, and make healthier food choices (smaller portions, better for you foods).
it doesn't sound like much, but it will make a big difference!
also drink lotsa water
