Question: Best way to lose stomach fat by August!? Serious Answers Only Please!!?
Okay, so I am going on vacation in August, mid August I believe, and I would like to get rid of some, if not a lot, of my stomach fat so I don't look like a beached whale (okay, I'm not that fat, but my stomach isn't flat either), so, besides saying to walk every day or something like that, can you give a healthy, no bad side-effect causing, way of making some of my stomach fat to go away, even if it takes the entire several months until August!. Thank you if you can!.

Also, I don't really care a whole lot if I lose a whole lot of weight, my weight isn't a concern to me, just my stomach fat is!.

Another thing is don't say anything like plastic surgery or something like that, that's crazy!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

A bicycle sit-up is when you rotate your legs as though you're riding a bicycle while you do sit ups!. This does wonders!.

If you are already on a healthy diet, you may want to join a gym and start exercising your stomach muscles!. Other than the obvious sit ups, there are a lot of other exercises you can do to strengthen core muscles!. Generally when you sign up at a new gym they will give you a free session with a trainer, make sure you tell them you want to concentrate on your stomach!Www@Answer-Health@Com
