Will 340 calories and 27g of sugar hurt me?!


Question: Will 340 calories and 27g of sugar hurt me!?
I've been on a very specific diet my doctor gave me, +30 min workout per day!.
today i screwed up and had a starbucks frapp (the bottled one)!. and i realized it has a lootttt of sugar in it!.
i gain weight VERY easily!. so is this actually going to hurt me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it won't really hurt you!. Think about it!.!.!.one pound of fat is 3,500 calories!. If you just consumed 340, assuming everything else with your doctor's plan is followed, you would at most gain 1/10th of a pound!. Plus, look at the bright side, there was some protein in the drink, and the body requires some sugar to burn off fat with exercise!. So, just limit the amount of sugar you intake the rest of the day, and nothing hurt!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd stay away from anything that you could drink that has calories!. You are just basically drinking your calories when you could have had a good healthy meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think it will kill you!. I would just work out a little extra tonight!. Run for an extra 30 minutes or something along the lines of that!. But in the future do your best to remember those things are loaded with fat/sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depending on how long you have gone without something like that, it could make you sick!. Its not going to screw up everything you have done though!. Just have one as a special treat like every few weeks if you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i'd hate to be the bearer of bad news, but i dont see you living more than a few more minutes at the very, absolute, honest to gosh, most!. so say your good-bye's and do those things you never got to cause your probably never going to get to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One sugary drink isn't going to destroy your diet, just avoid sweets for the rest of the day and read labels before you buy things!. You could also always add 15 minutes to your workout if it makes you feel less guilty!. Trying to stick perfectly to a diet can make you crazy, that doesn't mean don't try, but don't feel bad if you eat or drink something that isn't exactly healthy once in awhile!. Just don't let it turn into a habit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it will most likely hurt you!.
27g is ALOT of sugar to have at one time and your body is going to store it!.
Next time, drink a light coffee which doesnt have as much in it and then eat something healthy!.
You'll save the calories and sugar, gain the vitamins of the healthy food, and you'll feel more satisfied!.

If you gain weight so easily then make sure the things you drink have little or no calories/sugar/carbohydrates in them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
