first clean yourself out by doing the master cleanse!. u can lose up to 20 pounds in 10 days!. if you don't want to do that its fine!.!.!.here's what u do!. eat 1000 calories a day including veggies, fish, and fruits and other healthy foods!. no soda, no coffee, and no fast food!. workout 2 hours 4 days a week!. join the gym and hit the cardio machines ( vary them of course so you won'thit a plateau like do elliptical trainer one day, treadmill the other and etc) !.!.!.!.use the weights do lunges/squats!.!.!.if you don't feel comfortable going to the gym, walk 2 miles a day anywhere, borrow dvds or invest dvds like taebo or pilates!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
