Eating 2much & PMS?!

Question: Eating 2much & PMS!?
LADIES ONLY: how do you control your cravings & how much you eat so you don't gain weight/belly fat each month!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I do it by having a lot of fruit in the house and snacking on it!. Veggies also work too, like sugar snap peas!. Fruits like bananas also help with cramps, so it's a win/win situation!. :) Veggies are really low in calories, so you start to feel full just because you know you are eating, but the calories aren't stacking too much!. Other than that, eat what you want without going overboard because you won't be happy if you deprive yourself of the food you want!.

By the way, I love the first answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be honest, I'm OCD!. So for me its simple!.!.!.but for some of my other friends they have food diaries that help them!. Its tough for them, but they get through it because they keep reminding themselves why they care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I give in aha :) Most people dont gain when theyre on if they eat a lot anyway :) Try it next motnh weigh right before you come on then a day after youre off the number should be the same!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I keep a bag of ready chopped up carrots and celery in the fridge so that when I get the urge to munch they're ready for me to snack on!.
I also allow myself a few more indulgences than usual so that I don't end up craving too badly and suddenly giving in and scoffing a whole packet of chocolate (we've all been there!)
Knowing that you're likely to feel cravings at this time is a good sign cos it means you can prepare for it by stocking your cupboards with health stuff and writing notes to remind yourself not to give in!.
Most importantly, do allow yourself a few little treats because these won't do any damage if you incorporate them into your diet!. Besides, we all need to cheer ourselves up sometimes and I like to tell myself if something's for medical reasons it has no calories!
