Can someone help me gain weight fast?!


Question: Can someone help me gain weight fast!?
I seek advices from weight gainers!. I DO NOT WANT UNHEALTHY WEIGHT!. I eat all sorts of healthy foods and try to avoid food that contains salt and sugar!. I eat every 3 hours (Small meals)!. And workout!. I think i have a SUPER metablism and i can't gain any weight even though i chuck myself with food! Now i don't do that since it's useless and unhealthy!. I need desperate help to gain weight!. I know it's hard to lose weight than to gain weight but the other way around basically!. Also, my additional question is I eat every 3 hours as i've mentioned but i eat small meals since it's unhealthy to eat a lot every 3 hours!. Is a small meal one sandwitch with water!? Or is that too small!? I thank to all those who read my post and give helpful advices!.

Buy some whey protein!. Mix it with milk or water and then add a glug of olive oil!.

Protein and oil are the way forward - not carbs!. The mixture described above is what body-builders on a "bulk" use!. You do not get a sugar crash with this stuff and being liquid is very quick and easy to digest!.

You dont say much about yourself but a sandwich and a glass of water is a crap diet!. You will need a minimum of 2,500 calories a day to put on weight!. 2,000 for a girl!.

Nuts, cheese,milk, bananas and avocados are all healthy ways to gain weight!. Nuts in particular are great cos they're VERY calorific and you don't feel like you're eating too much!. Adding cheese to your meals is also great way to gain and there are very few meals which don't go with cheese (none in my opinion!.)
Eating every 3 hours is very good for you!. If you can't manage big meals, try to eat something healthy with carbs, protein and fats at least every couple of hours!.

Lots of protein for the muscle try eating a good breakfast with lost of protein and the same for the rest of your meals!. i had the problem i wanted to gain weight fast!. So i ate all day and gained bad fat or unhealthy weight and then i worked out to turn all the fat into muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Carrots and bananas are healthy food that have lots of sugars, one banana has aprox!.108 calories!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
