Some ideas are to take some low fat yogurt, some nuts, fresh fruits and veggies, maybe cook you some chicken and rice the night before!. Or a small peice of lean beef or pork!. But your portions of veggies need to be a lot bigger than your portion of meat!. Potatoes are a complex carb and actually are good for you to and since they are harder to break down, they will help you lose weight to if eaten in moderation!. So, a baked potato with light butter, sour cream would be good!. Or you could put some light ranch dressing on it to!. And of course a salad is great as well!. Try to stay away from processed foods as much as possible!. You'll feel better and the weight will stay off!. Hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I make pita sandwhiches, since I got tired of bread sandwhiches!. I put it some meat and some lettuce and then yogurt or some other vegetables!. It was really good!. I've also made asian stir fry with rice and put it in a tupperware container!. Spaghetti is also good!. Burritos work!. Try cooking chicken, onions, garlic, tomatoes, beans, rice and add just a 'little' sour cream!. yummy!. In a pinch, buy some healthy peanut/almond bars!. Also, drink lots of water!. Salads are also good and you can put the salad dressing in a separtate little dish!. Try grabbing some disposable little cups next time you are at a salsa bar ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
