Why is 7st 7lbs (105lbs) too slim for a 28 yr old woman, height is 5'6.?!


Question: Why is 7st 7lbs (105lbs) too slim for a 28 yr old woman, height is 5'6!.!?
i asked a question earlier about how to lose 2 stone (28lbs) to get to 7st 7lbs (105lbs)!.
everyone said not to get to that weight, as i would be too slim!.

Because it's under your healthy weight!
If your body fat percentage gets too low (which is probably would at that weight to height ratio) your heart would be put under strain, and also to get to that weight, you'd have to starve your body too much, causing other health hazards!.

To look up the lowest healthy weight you can be at 5'6", unless you naturally have a UK size 6 frame when you eat normally, go to a BMI website and test out some weight combos with your height!. If the results is supposed to be unhealthy, then don't get that low!


I'm 5'6 - and i'm almost 3 stone heavier than your target weight! (Although to be fair, i want to lose a stone - but i'm not fat, just a bit on the hips atm)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should not be under 115lbs for your height!. Anything under that is underweight and its dangerous for your body!. 115lbs is on the lower end of whats healthy as it is!. Stay in between 115lbs and 150lbs to be healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because if you lose that much weight your body can not support the size of your organs at 5 foot 6 and your body can start metabolising muscle instead of fat, and your heart is a muscle so that gets weaker, which is obviously dangerous!. doctors get pissy about you being that underweight to and may put you in hospital to make you gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bear in mind that if you're 7 stone or under, you're not able to donate blood!. What does that tell you about that weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

At this weight, you would have a Body Mass Index of 16!.5!. This is very underweight, and any doctor would recommend that you try to gain weight if this was your BMI!. It can damage your fertility and your heart to be so underweight!.
Many people would expect someone who wanted to be that thin to have an eating disorder!. Most healthy people would agree that 105lbs is far too light for an adult woman!. If you think you might have an eating disroder, or be at risk of one, you should discuss it with your doctor!.
Even if you don't, they could give you good advice on why it's probably not a good idea to lose so much weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at 105 pounds, your bmi would be 16!.9, which is very underweight!. 19-24 is the healthy range, so 120 is about the thinnest you should be to keep everything functioning normally and healthy :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I weighed 7st 7 when I was younger to!. I had two children in my mid twenties and still weighed 7st 7ozs until I was 40!. There is no harm in being this weight if you eat healthly and exercise I am 5ft 4Www@Answer-Health@Com
