Question: I Weigh 118-119 lbs!?
!.!.!. and I'm 12 years old and my height is 5'0"!. Can you please give me some tips to be 110 lbs!? *No rude comments please* & thank you!! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all,

If it's that important to you to lose this 8lbs: then cut out soda like pepsi and coke;not even diet ones, after sometime you'll completely stop craving them!. drink proper fruit juice not sugary drinks with some fruity flavour!. You are growing and so you need proteins:the best ones are chicken without the skin, fish and a bit of red meat!.

eat foods like pasta, rice and whole grain bread-ditch the burgers and fries, pizza or lasagne except once in a while!. eat less cookies!. reduce the amount of butter you put on your bread, use a bit of jam instead!. DOn't forget your fruits and vegetables, have them as a smoothie,or as salad, with a meal, or as a snack!.

Get exercise, get interested in a sport or some activity!. !. these tips are not for losing weight specifically but just eating healthy and with time, you will definitely see changes in your weight!. they may be hard changes to make at first but if you're mature enough to ask for help this way;then you are strong enough to make some changes!.

But most of all remember it's not what the scales say that matters, you have to love and appreciate yourself not matter what; that's where the true victory lies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you were older I'd recommend some tips but you're only twelve and still growing!. Too much dieting and exercise isn't good for you, you shouldn't have to worry about your body image at this age!. I hope you don't take this as a rude comment!.

Find confidence in yourself the way you ARE! Eat healthy, if you like sports take part in them for some healthy activity!. That will help with your self esteem!. But don't let society or boys or images of other women make you think you need to weigh a certain amount!.

at that height your weight is very good but if you wanna go my way just barely eat nothing!. Just don't take it as far as i took it because then you`ll be in serious problem!. Eat until you are satisfied don't eat just to get really full!. Eat until you feel like you are full and do some exercises walk with a friend ext!.!.!.And try not to eat much young food eat fruits vegetables water and cut down fat calories!.!.!.tell me if it works for you!.!. don't get frustrated this would only get you to anorexia and i don't think you want people to be telling what to eat and telling obligation you to eat thrust me is happening to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
