Question: Can water make you loose wait and how much!?!?
Excluding working out lets just say you just drank water!. Can just drinking water make you loose wait!? If so how much water should drink and how much does it take off!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

water will make you lose weight but only for sometime ex: you drink lots of water and then you go to the bathroom and get rid of the waste and other fluids and you get lighter but that will only work for sometime, water doesnt necessarilly burn fat if that's what you mean, and drinking 6-7 glasses of water is good and healthy but if you want more go for it you can never get enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
