Why are you trying to lose weight?!


Question: Why are you trying to lose weight!?
I was just wondering what everyone's motivation to get healthy is!. I'm doing it because my family has a history of heart problems, and because I want my son to eat healthier!.!.!. I've been trying to get him to eat salad by telling him it's what giraffes eat, but it's a no-go so far!
And of course, I'm sick of being chunky!! : )

My main reasons are:
1!. I want to be healthy and be there for my family for as long as I can!
2!. Its a reality that being slim and fit just opens more doors in life, creates more positive experiences
3!. I enjoy sports, but being heavy really limits my movement, stamina, and potential

aside from psychological reasons (which seem to dominate and pollute so many peoples minds, especially with the medias' unrealistic portrayals of ideal body weight/figure) theres of course the reason to be healthy and live a longer/happier life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To look better and feel confident in a bikini and confident in myself!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because i want to be the person i was before a few years back!. I was in great shape,and im trying to reshape my self again!. I look pretty attractive when im slim, so im trying to get it all back!. If you have some tips in getting my self back together please give me as much as info as you can!.
