Need Help with Loosing Weight?!


Question: Need Help with Loosing Weight!?
I'm trying to loose the weight i've gained after having 3 kids, I probably have to loose at least 60 pounds!. What is the best work out routine or diet to loose this!? Right now I'm trying my best to get to the gym and just started walking!. I had to wait because I had a c-section 10 months ago and I was using that as an excuse LOL but now I have no excuses my husband says he will watch the kids so I could get to the gym after work!. Now I don't know what type of work out routine is the best to start off on, the past couple weeks I've been doing the eliptical for 20 minutes 2 times a week and then going for a walk for 20 minutes up a steep hill, just starting off slow but helped with getting more energy then I use to have!. Any Suggestions would be helpful so tired of having all this extra weight!. Thank you in advance!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, don't get discouraged with unsuccessful workout routines!. The best way to lose weight is through aerobic exercises!. Exercises such as dancing, jogging, and slim training can contribute to reducing your body weight by a significant amount!. I would suggest trying the Turbo Jam program- I saw it on an infomercial!. It combines kick boxing with dancing and can help you burn up to 1000 calories an hour!. As a bonus, it targets every area of the body, including the back of the arms and the inner thighs, which are very hard to isolate!. It also makes boring workouts fun so that you don't have to resort to boring workout machines which can actually make you bulkier!. I'd strongly suggest this program!. go to the gym 3 times a week for the least at 30 min!.
and dont do the same thing the whole time your there do differebt things to work out every part of your body!

and the other days that your not at the gym you should walk but dont kill your self just once are twice and then quite!.
and stay away from junkie food!

Try going vegan for awhile!. eliminating dairy and meat is very healthy and you do not need meat in order to get a healthy amount of protein!. If you are unsure about it try eating lots of veggies and lean meats like chicken and fish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just watch what you eat, but don't count calories, etc!. Just make sure you are eating plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains!. Overall, just be more active by doing things more actively, like wash dishes by hand, get up to change the channel on the TV (don't use a remote)!. Basically, anything that could be done automatically, just do it manually!. Just doing little things like that will certainly add up over time!. Also, include regular exercise like it looks like you are doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Try to include more sources of protein(lentils)
2!. After you exercise, try to stay light and don't eat something heavy because then the calories that you burned while exercising would be a waste
3!. Increase your walking time/speed gradually and then if you can, you can do some jogging!.
4!. Mabye you can some yoga !. !.you will stretch all of your muscles!.
5!. Cut back on junk food and include more sources of fiber(ex: broccolli stems are really good)

i am trying to do the same thing after only 2 children and whats funny is i was smaller after i had my children now one is in high school and the other Junior high so i have no excuse!. i talked to my doc whom sent me to a lady to talk to me about blood sugars i found that eating 5 to 6 small meals a day really does help i lost 10 pounds in a month this way and then i started joining the exercising in the pool at the YMCA and some stair climbing and adding some weights helped as well 10 pounds came off now im at the point where i am stuck its like im doing all the right stuff but no more weight is coming off !. oh and with the diet i really did not have to change it that much i switched from sugar to splenda and there are other sweeteners its what u like and just watched salt at the small meals a day drank lots of water watch out for juice lots of empty cals good luck i hope that what i have done so far will help you sometimes asking your doctor what is the best way for you o do this he knows your body good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are a few things I keep in mind when Im trying to lose weight (I'd rather call it being healthy because thats what its really about, not how much you weigh)

Drink lots of water and walk as much as possible!.

Always do something everyday!. Walk, sit-ups, take the stairs instead of the elevator, park in the back of the parking lot, anything and everything helps

Plan to do about 20 minutes of working out a day!. Its ok to break it up into 5 minutes here and there or 10 minutes here and there!. You will find if you do 5 minutes of working out here and there thoughout the day long that you will probably workout more then 20 minutes total a day!.

If you don't get to work out one day, don't be too hard on your self, just try to make it up with an extra 5 minutes every other day of the week!.


I also found that doing yoga helps alot for the days that you don't feel like sweating and working out too hard!. It is a really effective workout!.

If you just don't feel like working out every once in a while then its ok!. Take the day off!.

Keep a journal of what exercises you do so you can always go back and look at it!. Also I find when I write it down it makes me want to do more so I can write down 30 sit-ups instead of 20, then I think maybe 10 more just to make it 40!.

When you go into the kitchen to get something to eat rate how hungry you actually are from 1-10!. If you are 4 or under then grab a water and walk right back out the kitchen 5-7 get a snack, 8-10 then have a meal!.

Eat lots of small meals a day!.

Well to lose weight you need to rely less on carbs from candy, sugars, pizzas and other bad carbs!. In the morning focus on oatmeal, cream of wheat, fruit and 100% whole wheat toast!. The diet is the number one thing for your success!. The weekends should be your best time for a workout in the system I will explain- in the morning after you wakeup, drink some water and take a short walk, run, jog whatever because your body has nothing but fat to burn in the morning!. Then later in the day go to the gym and lift some weights for about 20-30 minutes followed by 20-30 minutes on the eliptical!. Weight lifting should consist of trying to achieve lean muscle by doing bicep curls, tricep exercises, back exercises and leg exercises in the 12-15 rep range!. All these things can be applied during the week, but if you can do this both days on the weekend you would only need 2 days during the week- maybe 3 if you want to add a day!. If you were to do 4 days then do Sat/Sun- Tues-Thurs with mon/wed/fri optional!. Sat/Tues try to do leg exercises!. Leg extentions, seated leg curls, lunges, lying leg curls, glute/ham raises and calve exercises!. I would pick 4 and do 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps!. The other two days try for upper body- bicep curls, seated shoulder press, bench press, cable row machine for back and find a favorite for triceps!. Do those 5 with 3 sets of 12!. Make sure these 12-15 on both days isnt easy enough to do like 50, but you stop at 12!. It needs to be slow and controlled!. Bicep curls make sure you keep your elbows tight to the body!. If something doesnt feel right find a different exercise!. Then do the cardio after because during the lifting your body has burned the carbs and you will burn fat!. Limit your carbs following a workout as you wont need carbs for energy at 7 at night!. Drink lots of water and cut out pop and everything like that!.
