How many times should i train my abs a week?!


Question: How many times should i train my abs a week!?
i train top abs, then next day bottom, then next day obliques,
but i want quicker results, should i train each group more frequently!? or even all on the same day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. If you want your abs to show, you need to reduce the layer of fat which is on top of them!.

This means you can have great abs but they will not be visible if the fat layer is thick on top!.

You can reduce this fat through correct nutrition!. Nutrition (that's food) is responsible for 90% of the weight loss result!. This means if you work out lots but eat lots of junk, don't expect much!.

Eat frequently, every 3-4 hours, something healthy and small, the size of one or two apples!. This will keep you not hungry and will keep your metabolism high throughout the day!.
