Ok, what gives?!
Question: Ok, what gives!?
I've been varying my workouts (getting up early and walking my dog, walking him at night at least twice, and running outdoors on my lunch break instead of running on my treadmill at home), I've kept a food journal, and I'm eating around 1300-1400 calories a day!. I don't eat a lot of junk food at all!. I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day!. I don't drink soda, or alcohol (well, maybe one lite beer on the weekend)!. I eat a TON of fruits and veggies, and the scale hasn't moved in weeks!! I'm at my wits end!. I've already lost 30, and I'm trying to lose the last 15!. Any ideas what in the world is going on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep striving for it!. You will lose the last 15 pounds but it takes a while for your body to get use to it not eating this and not eating that!. Another thing is that yes you are losing weight that's good but you have to lower your calories if you want to lose more and most likely you will have to do twice the work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
