How to beat that "lackluster" feeling during a workout?!


Question: How to beat that "lackluster" feeling during a workout!?
I just find it hard to get that "spark" into the work out especially when it comes to running!.!.mentally & physically its boring, & feel like I have no energy its a real struggle doing 10 mins of medium running!.!.I wanna do MORE but my body feels like its in quicksand kinda not wanting to go on!.!.!.its very annoying as I wanna get fit!. I see other people seemingly effortlessly do twice as much as me men or women!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes you just have to kind of push yourself!. Also, continuing to keep doing as much as you can will build up your stamina and you'll be able to go much longer without that feeling!. It really does stink, but overall you will get there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First get enough sleep!. I wasnt getting enough sleep and I was very negative with myself and was already tired!.

Then try to think more positively to yourself!. "I am going to get fit" just try to be overall positive and remember that getting fit is your goal!.

Then you have to go out and just do whatever you want to during a workout!. Make sure you start slow but are always increasing so that you getting stronger/more endurance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
