so i am hungry all of the time! and its crazy too because, like seriosuly 10 minutes after i eat my stomach is all grumbly [lol sorry for lack of terminalogy] and obviously i dont eat all the time when i'm hungry because i'm also trying to loose weight. i'm eating enough food. is there anything i can do? thanks so muchhhhh!!!

Gum and water =]] i have NO IDEA why but it like tricks your stomach into thinking it's full =) gum and water dudee =] (oh and thats like in between meals).
