I want to be skinny like Gwen Stefani,I Really Do Not Want to go on a diet or anything.I mean,I jog in gym and do every exercise known 2 gal.I even have exercise machines here at home.There is this certain item were all U have to do is put it around UR waste and it tightens and I gusses that is a good way to loose weight.Could U Please Tell Me What it is Called and give me the website link...if U have it please tell me ur experiences and how well it works,did u loose weight was it worth the $$.Please Also tell me how much it is thanx!!Did U Like it??
Thanx!! I am trying to get my face cleared up and loose weight so I can have a great new look for school,I have never really cared about this till a few months ago.

It's a waste of money and won't help you lose weight any faster. Do it the safe way with eating healthy and working out.
