okay!. so nobody has really answered this for me!.!. what EXACTLY do i need to do to lose about 6-8 pounds within 6 weeks!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take in no more than 1500 no less than 1200!.
Burn 300 to 500 calories in excersize a day!.
1500cals consumed-300cals burned=1200cals consumed!.
2000cals body burns-1200cals consumed=800 cals burnt in day!.
800 cals burnt in day x 7 days in week =5600cals burnt in week!.
5600/3500(cals it takes to burn 1 pound of fat)=1!.6pounds
1!.6 pounds lost in one week
1!.6x4 =6!.4 pounds burnt in 1 month or four weeks
Eat lots of veggies, fruits, grains, lowfat milk and dairy, nuts and seeds and drink green tea!. Eat lean meat or fish no bigger than the palm of your hand and fill the rest of your plate with veggies!. It 4 to 5 small meals a day with lowfat snack in between!. Stop eating processed food, fast food and quit drinking cokes!. Drink water with lemon and green tea instead!. Walking 1 mile will burn about 100 calories!. just eat a little less than what you normally eat!. Also cut out snacks this works for me but i never actually manage to stop the snacks completely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut sugar for a while;
Eat something light for dinner;
Eat every 3 hours;
Drink water;
Try green tea or white tea
Green and White tea may or may not aid in weight-loss!. Studies suggest tea may increase metabolism and encourage the body to burn more fat, but a balanced diet and regular exercise are more likely to produce results!. Still, adding white or green tea to your weight-loss plan can't hurt!.
