Question: Should I consider a special diet!?
I have heard that you can lose alot of weight from meth!.!.!.should I try it!? I work nights, and i am sure it would help me to stay awake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why i dont think ive heard anyone speak so much sense on yahoo !. Like you I used to really stuggle working late and used to get too tired!.!.!.until a sensible friend of mine recommended crystal meth!. I gave it a try one night at work and wham!!! its as if my life gets better with every hit!!! Im never hungry and have a toned figure to die for and now i dont need to sleep cos im an insomniac,constantly craving for the good stuff!. Dont get me wrong, ive mugged a few old people for some drug money, but hey who hasnt mugged anyone before!? What REAL harms a spot of mugging now and then doing to anybody!? My face now resembles Freddy Krugers cos of all the scratching, but its a small price to pay for such a great life!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

meth is the worst drug out there!. worst then heroine and crack! its also more addicting!. have you heard of meth mouth!? it eats your gums away!.!. some people in 3 months and ALL there teeth are gone!.!. meth has the worst brain damage!. more then heroin, alcohol, etc!.!.
its not worth it!.!. also many people get paranoid!.!. the worst trips are on meth!.!. google meth heads, and you will not try it!.!. its really sad!.

Unnecessary and one cannot live on it all the time!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day!. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food!. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times!. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough!. No snacks or drinks in between except water!.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day!.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time!.

This regime cud be continued even after achieving the target to maintain a healthy body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
