I'm getting ready to sign up with Curves for their fitness study! I'm a little nervous! Have you tried it!? Please help me decide what to do! Thank-you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi there!. I haven't done it but I've seen the program and it's a very well-balanced one so I'd say it'll definitely do you no end of good!.

It will make you lose weight if you continue to eat the same amount as you do now or even slightly extra but if you find that you're not losing weight then unless you have a thyroid problem or something similar, you'll need to look at your diet as well!. A good rule of thumb is to eat lots of fruit and vegetables and plenty of protein from healthy, lean meat sources - preferably free-range fish, poultry and game meat or meat from livestock that get exercise and eat grass!.

If it does get boring then you may wish to alter it a bit yourself!. This is good to do anyway as it keeps the body on it's toes, so to speak and prevents plateauing!. You could do this by taking a break from it altogether and doing something totally different for a week or two!. Or you could just reverse the order of the program!. Or for a week or two you could do just one body part per day very intensely!. That kind of thing!. I'm sure the staff will know all about this and will assist you with any problem like this!.

Anyway, aside from that, I think it's a very positive move and an excellent program, especially if you don't have time to plan or you find it difficult to get motivation!. I tried to sign up to Curves and they would not answer me back!.!.but I did hear that it is very good if you are very overweight, they don't make you do anything strenuous, it's all low impact and you go at the pace you CAN go!.!.!.let us know how it works out, don't be scared, have fun with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Curves is Ok, but it gets VERY boring after a while, because you literally go around in a circle doing the exact same thing every time with NO variation!. It is boring!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
