I want to lose a few pounds, how long should I ride my bike for each day?!


Question: I want to lose a few pounds, how long should I ride my bike for each day!?
I mean, outside not an exercise bike!.
I am only 105 pounds, but I used to be 99-100 and I'd like to get back to there(I am only 5'2 so dont be scared :P)!. Eating healthy isnt really an issue because I can't find much vegan junk food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

30 mins per day but don't use the easy gear!. you're supposed to get your heart rate up & keep it up!. don't overdo it!. also make sure you're getting all your water for the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
