How much exercising should i do ( just in one day ) to burn a mcdonald BIG meal ?


Answers:

if you do martial arts (active all the time) about 3-4 hours. Running - 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 miles this depends on if you drink the soda there and extra stuff you ordered. Biking about an hour and a half with warm up exercises for 30 min.
